The job is not done yet, but SPG was selected because of the care taken in developing the estimate. Initial cost was barely above competitors' estimates, but he sent his sub-contractor to inspect the job as well. Fundamental problems with the house were identified and handled proactively, and the job was structured to minimize disruption to the household. Only the discovery of water damage and resulting mold issues disrupted the schedule. The job should be finished in the next two weeks. The quality of work is outstanding.
