Harold's team did a fabulous job with our hot tub. I highly recommend them to anyone!

They are knowledgeable about all kinds of spas, new and old. We needed a replacement part that is no longer made and they were able to find it. They did a beautiful job in getting our in-ground spa up and running again. It looks like new. And all for a reasonable price.

Very helpful in terms of providing information. However, the technician was only at the location for several minutes. Half of the time, he was on the phone with the main office talking about another client. The spa also mysteriously started working (after it failed initially...the technician saw the failure). He was not able/willing to access the panel that opened to the spa's internals because of the housing structure for the spa that the previous owners had built. Therefore he could not tell me what the cause of the failures was and whether it could happen again. He could only speculate. On top of that I was charged the full service fee

Harold Hong at Splash Pool Services provided us with excellent service from the time he picked up his phone. He is completely knowledgeable and after I explained my problem, he gave me three possibilities of what the problem would be. He came out to assess in person, and as I wasn't home at the time, he emailed me pictures of the problem part so I can see what he was talking about. He gave me an estimate of when the tub would be fixed, as he had to order the part (I have a very old, off-brand tub), and he came through as promised. Tony, his repair assoc did the final fix. Excellent, courteous & honest service from start to finish!! :)))
