Mr. DONAHUE came well prepared. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. I had 6 things for him to do. He was quick and had a very fair price. He gave us to advise which was appreciated and helpful about potential jobs in the future. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Donahue was quick to contact me, aswered my questions and concerns, was able to schedule an appointment right away to come by for a look, and provided me a reasonable quote. The day of the schedule appointment he was on time, came prepared with all his tools, did the repairs and cleaned up behind himself. He also asked if there was anything else that was needed to be done before he left. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Kevin Donahue was prompt in the scheduled service. He assessed quickly and accurately the problem and was able to repair on the spot. He described the problem and communicated clearly what needed to be done and his work was excellent. Leak from a hidden pipe was solved. I highly recommend Kevin Donahue.

I thought he was amazing! He went over and above what was required. He even vacuumed my floor when he was done. I felt very comfortable having him come to my house. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
