St. John Sprinkler Service, LLC

The work was done well and in a timely manner. They were very professional and great to work with.

The work was well done, timely, cost was reasonable, contacting them for follow-up was necessary, but response was good.

My first "encounter" was very good - the team came in, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. A bit pricey, but overall a 4-star performance. Second time was an "inspect and repair as necessary" spring tune-up on which a different team spent about 1/2 hour. The replaced a couple of heads but ignored two significant leaks that were pointed out to them - dismissed them as "water in the pipes". As it happened, one was a broken control valve and pvc piping, the other may have been a control valve diaphragm - which I replaced myself. I would expect, for the price paid, to have had all that correctly diagnosed and repaired. Thus the low rating.

Efficient. Would use again.

They came out when they said they would come out; however, they did not fix the problem because they ordered the wrong parts. How can they order the wrong part when they saw what needed to be fixed and they are in the business of fixing the very thing that needed fixing?? Anyway, they came back on a Saturday and fixed the problem; however, the repairman did not have the invoice and was not able to give me a receipt. I gave them points for doing a professional job on the repair (I hope it passes city inspection). Customer service is lousy at best and they were a bit on the high side as far as price. This is average service for El Paso, TX

Courteous and helpful; assistance was expedient and professional. Thank you.

I am very pleased with the work. My sprinkler system is working fine again. They are a little shy about using the phone to call when they are delayed on another project.

He was professional and reasonably priced.

they responded quickly and professionally!

Excellent service. All employees I dealt with were very nice and helpful.

The gentlemen that came out to fix my sprinkler system were very professional and good at what they do. Would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking at getting there sprinklers repaired. Looking forward to doing business with them again if I have any future sprinkler problems.
