Work done in a timely and professional manner

I don't feel this gutter was installed properly

like i said i have not sarted the job but so far all is going very well.

I have not heard a word from them since they cashed my deposit check. They were very nice and prompt when they came to do the estimate but that is where the professionalism ended. I am debating whether to I want to go through the aggravation of calling until they actually come and do the work or just get my money back and go with another contractor.

Not a lot of communication from them, but they came out when promised and finished when promised at the estimated price.

They replaced a section of gutter between two existing corners, which some did not consider doing "all or nothing", and it looks good. They did what we wanted and did it quickly and were friendly. They might help themselves by communicating better over the phone, or email, instead of posting clarifications through the mail which added some time since we had questions and changed the scope (partly due to their clarifications). They installed the gutter within a few days after our agreement. The installation went well but I found about ten nails in the grass, a little trash is one thing but try to be more careful next time.

Never seen anyone. They stopped by to measure the gutter and sent me the estimate. After I mailed 10% down-payment to them. They came to do the job without my knowledge. At lease I should be told before they came.

I would recommend them highly.
