I hired Staley's to do a spring turn on for my swamp cooler which generally includes turning it on & checking all of the major components. When they did a follow up call I told them that I was having a problem. My swamp cooler was leaking water onto my roof. Staley's sent the same tech out to investigate & he found that the float needed to be adjusted. When he went to adjust it, the float fell off. I was ok paying for the parts and labor for him to fix this problem, but I was very upset that he charged me a 2nd truck roll. In my opinion this should have been checked the 1st time. For this reason I will never do business with Staley's again.

We had a bit of a mixup with the initial appointment, but once the swamp cooler tech got here, he was courteous and knew what he was doing. He cleaned the swamp cooler, replaced the pads and we were up and running in about an hour's time. I also asked him if he would ask an estimator to contact me regarding installing a new swamp cooler, and I got a very prompt response and a very reasonable estimate.

Very nice people worked on the cooler they knew what they were doing and the cooler is now working - its very nice indoors again

So far Staley has been a good company to work with. My only criticism is that the tech i've had out here the last two times isn't very neat, he leaves a bit of a mess in my house.

The repair person was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to explain the workings of boiler and swamp cooler in our new home and gave me good tips on maintaining my equipment. I will use them again.

They were committed to my project. [They] made sure the installation was done properly. I was very satisfied with the results. They were not only skilled, but also pleasant have around.

I have used them for about 15 years. They do a very good job for me. I have recommended them to others.
