They were extremely prompt, very helpful on the phone, courteous and polite. The office manager (Linda) answered all the questions I had before booking the appointment and even went out of her way to have a serviceman call me with additional info. The serviceman was punctual, polite, friendly, quite knowledgeable and informative, and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. He even gave me a company magnet and an associated $10 discount. The only disappointing surprise was in having to pay a service call fee ($49) in addition to the labor fee for work performed. It has always been my past experience that a service company will usually waive any service call fees if they are actually hired to perform the service required.
