Replaced my 31 y.o H2O Heater. In the past I've used a very well-known plumber in the area, but friend convinced me to try Service Magic. I submitted my request and got 3 calls immediately!Chose States Plumbing. Curtis & Lisa States were very helpful & nice. I was going to buy a Sears H2O heater & have States install it, but ended up going with Bradford White 50gal from States (it was easier & I did a lot of research on web for WHs). Curtis is very professional. Very thorough. Didn't mind that I sat & watched. I felt price was fair. Would definitely recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

States had bid the job and I'd accepted his bid. Then the project changed signifacantly before he arrived to do the job which required much more work on his part. He only charged me for the additional matterials and still had the job done on time.

the service we got from States Plumbing was so superb, I will type it again. I called at like 2:00 pm because water was pouring out of our water heater. I figured that wasn't a good sign. I spoke with Lisa who volunteered her husband for an evening job. Curtis and son showed up at around 5:30 p.m. after completing another job. They were done by 7:30 pm and we still had time to cook dinner and have a hot shower before bed time. Great service and awesome work. We really appreciate the sacrifice to come out and help us out.
