Step Ahead Carpet & Flooring

We are completely satisfied with the work Step Ahead did for us--both carpeting and floor refinishing. They are fast, courteous and do quality work. We've already recommended them to others.

The job was completed as promised and when asked to come back and put on another coat, they accommodated my request.

Service quality: almost perfect, but installer came over 1/2 hour late and I wasn't notified until a half hour passed. After completion, had to get him back to redo a small section that buckled. They were very willing to do whatever it took to correct the problem.

We were very pleased with Step Ahead Carpet & Flooring. We met with owner, Andrew Fine, and were well taken care of by the very efficient, professional and friendly office staff (Rachael and Kathy). They removed tile and carpet flooring and installed a floating wood floor in our downstairs area. I can't say enough about their very impressive installer, Morris. He did a beautiful job, and worked out some problem areas which other companies told us could not be done. Morris and his crew came on time each day and created a minimum of disruption for our family. We couldn't be happier with their job and attention to even smallest detail.

2 part project - carpet and hardwood floors. Part 1 - carpet complete, part 2 scheduled in about a week. The companies customer service so far is perfect and so was their work...I ordered the carpet sight unseen over the phone and it was perfect.....big risk...great reward! I cant wait for my new hard wood stairs!

They are fabulous. I have recommend Andrew to many people. He was on top of thinks, just wonderful people, did wonderful work, very conscientious. They did their job very well, very helpful, was very patient with us. He is the best.
