OUR MINIMUM ENGINEERING FEE IS $800. Since 1987 Stephen Ternullo & Associates has provided a full range of structural and forensic engineering services to architects, building owners, structural steel fabricators and erectors, foundation repair contractors, builders, property managers, insurance companies, homeowners and attorneys. We provide the technical services required to answer engineering questions at any stage of a building project. Whether we are called upon to make an independent evaluation, design unique structural elements, or produce complete structural construction documents, Stephen Ternullo & Associates will know how to resolve structural engineering issues. We are sensitive to the overall economic considerations and schedule of any assignment. We utilize our many years of design experience to investigate and prepare accurate forensic reports. When required, we have a vast network of experts in a multitude of industries that can be called upon to assist us.
