The Sterling Residential Services inspector is a professional, with a technical construction and building trade background with over thirty (30) years of experience, and has been inspecting homes and buildings for over ten (10) years. Inspector uses this experience to offer a qualified opinion, informed instruction, and a practical approach as it relates to all aspects of the property. The Sterling Residential Services inspector is an ASHI* Inspector who has met the rigorous requirements to be a provider of The ASHI Experience, a professional home inspection that combines the highest technical skills with superior customer service. As a member, the inspector has met the ASHI standards, requirements and qualifications and is a graduate of the certified American Home Inspectors Training Institute. As a member of ASHI, Inspector must maintain yearly credits for continued education. Inspector is: Licensed by the State of Michigan Residential Builders Board for over twenty (20) years; Graduate of and certified by the American Home Inspectors Training Institute; Member of American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI); Certified by the EPA for lead testing and risk assessments; Certified by the EPA for radon screening; Certified septic and well system evaluator; Member of the Better Business Bureau; Graduate of the Henry Ford Community College. ASHI inspections are performed in accordance with the Societys Standards of Practice and Inspector will be evaluating up to 1400+ items and/or systems, encompassing: Foundation, basement and slab structures, Ceiling, Walls and Floors, Structure, Heating and Cooling, Roof, Plumbing, Deck, Gas Detection, and Doors and Windows, Electrical Well and Septic systems can also be tested and evaluated. Upon completion of our inspection, Sterling Residential Services provides you with an "easy to read" analysis report. The BUILDING ANALYSIS REPORT provides you with 31 pages of pertinent, detailed information on all the systems inspected.
