"Problems with prep. were due to problems prior, possible siding issues. He would not allow paint store rep. to come out and help resolve problem. Jobs take more than one day to complete. 100% clean up is done upon completion as well as final touch ups and all houses get a 2 coat application, totaling 7-9 mils thick, and is specified on the contract."
"Client new we had appoint. before her, I called 8 Minutes late, I did not intend to cut short the appt before her. 2nd time was there from 4:30-6:30 waiting for her, she was the no show. Chairs, etc. against house were moved so as not to get paint on them. Not putting them back was simply an oversight. Other items resolved in the 4:30 - 6:30 time frame while waiting for her."
"Client gave wrong address to Service Magic. House power washed was address given. She said she had left over paint, that we could use. 2 colors were almost the same. Went out of our way to fit her in the schedule sooner than discussed, as she had unexpected company & wanted it done sooner. Lack of communication, owner not sure of address, paint colors, time schedules, etc."

"We warranty all our work. I would suggest that homeowner's dealing with contractors not be afraid to tell them when there is a problem. GOOD contractors will repair their work. Customer satisfaction is VERY important to us. If we had known about any problems or concerns, we would have taken care of it ASAP. To this day I do not know who this client is, because they never reported any problems."
