Stonecreek is a quality company and Matt Goodman represents his company well. Our gazebo was built on time and the quality was as good as promised and better. I will certainly do business with him again and recommend this company to anyone interested in an honest contractor.

I made more than 20 calls attempting to get them back to finish the job they started but was unsuccessful. I had to resort to having a friend call and set up a meeting just to get them in a place where I could speak to them. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a service company. Being in customer service myself I feel I am a good judge of what constitutes good service and the service I received was deplorable. I have rescinded the recommendations I've made to several friends and have steered them toward more reliable insulation/contracting companies. I will never use you again.

"While I admit there were some communication problems over the Christmas and New Year holidays due to being closed, the customer was emailed with the owners cell number so that an appointment could be made to resolve the problem. The customer was even shown the email he said he never received. The job was done in one day, but there were two voids in the kitchen that could not have been detected. Once we talked to the customer, the issue was resolved the very next morning to his satisfaction. It is unfortunate that the company is being depicted this way, regardless of the effort made to satisfy him."

I had StoneCreek Industries install insullation in my home. They did blown in insullation in my attic and above my two car tandem garage. I was please with the work they perfvormed and would reccommend them to orthers.

We had them blow in insulation in a crawl space. Very courteous and friendly. Very reasonably priced and they were on time for both appointments. I would consider using them again for other projects at my home once we are ready to move forward with the projects.

They were great and the end result was wonderful. The only problem I had was some miscommunication. Matt would email me at work but I wouldn't receive it b/c my work would block unknown email addresses. So, that posed a large problem. But in the end, everything worked out.

Best people ever used. They owner spent time with us talked about the work. We gave him a deposit with a credit card, waited until the work was done and satisfied with his work. He called 2 day after the work, asked if we were satisfied, then put the credit card through.
