I had 3 different estimates for the work Troy Stuart contracted to do. His was the most fair estimate. Troy came in and what I thought would take all day, Troy and his crew had completed in a couple of hours. They did a spectacular job! They were clean, no paint droppings anywhere, all trim and crown molding were painted perfectly. Troy was very professional and a very nice guy! I would highly recommend Stuart Contracting to everyone!

They were very quick at responding to our request to get a quote and provided a thorough proposal. Mr. Stuart was very good at his followup which convinced me that they would be the right company to choose. Their employees were professional and they did a great job. Stuart's Contracting did a great job. The painters were timely, efficient and everything was cleaned up afterwards. Troy followed up during the decision making process and his quote was very reasonable. Would definitely hire again.

They were fast and for the most part were very good. Only a few things were wrong. Some wallplates were painted over and one outlet that was broken.

"The wall plates that were painted over had already been painted over and were stuck to the wall. We asked the brother in law about it and he told us to paint over them and not to worry about the broken outlet. He was going to take care of it. So, there was some miscommunication between family members."

Everything was easy and the company was flexible to work with. The painting looked okay. The only thing that we did not like was that the walls were not primed before they were painted. This changes the color that we originally picked out for the room as the previous color gives it a tint.

Mr. Stuart and his crew painted our library and applied a faux finishes to the walls and ceilings of our three bathrooms. They worked quickly and efficiently and left their work areas spotlessly clean. We appreciated their professional and courteous attitude and would not hesitate to recommend them to others or to have them work in our house again.

Mr. Stuart was very quick to response to my request for a contactor. His price was very reasonable, however, his follow-up and supervisor of his employees is severely lacking. Basically, it has been 5 weeks and he has not completed the punchlist/damaged items that I am not pleased with. I appears that he does not plan on returning to complete the items that are not to professional standards. I would not recommend him.

"We were painting the exterior trim, shutters, doors. We took off all the storm windows to paint behind them. The home owner was never home and at the end of the day would call me to ask me to do something else, or change the color of the paint..... We finished the job, cleaned up and left. She called me the next day to do some point up. I followed through and did what she had asked."
