He was able to diagnose, and more importantly solve, a problem that another well regarded company failed to after several attempts. He seemed very knowledgable and backed that up with results.

He was on time for the estimate, explained everything (what was needed - all about the history of his company and the products they use and didnt try to sell anything unneccesary) thoroughly and did the work in a very timely manner.

He called before arriving and he arrived at the set time. He immediately went to work and had the problem fixed in a very short time. Then he gave us the time we needed to ask many questions about the possibility and practicality of upgrading both our furnace and our air conditioner. He also explained a new unit (new to us, at least) which might help with our upstairs heating and cooling difficulties.
