Overall, the job was good. There were definitely some spots I have to correct with the remaining paint (of which I had over 5 gallons), such as the baseboards, etc. The cost was on the higher end, but they finished in a timely manner and were on time.

Larry dropped his workers and I never saw him again, the painter had a different helper every day for 4-days. I had to take special leave from my work to supervise the workers. May be Mr. Trapp communicated with his workers by phone; but he definitely did not seem to care about the job. Professionally, he signed a lucrative contract for the job but never cared to stop and check the work after his workers left. He was fully paid and we are still awaiting a rcpt. I would not recommend him to a friend.

The painters did a good job, however, I had to remove paint off of the tile in the bathroom and there is also paint on the wood cabinets that I have to remove. I have since discovered that I paid a very high cost for what was done. I regret not having more estimates before I went with this contractor. Everyone I dealt with in this company was very polite and courteous.

They gave a very good price for thier service. There were a few problems with certain areas they painted but when pointed out they fixed them great. They were courteous and knowledgeable about thier work. Overall I am pleased with the service I got from them.

Overall, Suburban Painting did a good job. If hiring Suburban to do the job, ensure you write everything told to you during the estimate on your contract. Larry had a lot of great ideas when doing the estimate, then when the work was done, things got a little confused. He came back and fixed the major mix up (wrong paint color on the trim of the garage). There were some minor places he said he would paint during the estimate that also got missed. We did not notice these things until after the job was complete and paid for. Overall, they did a great job, if I used them again, I would be VERY SPECIFIC in my contract to ensure that there was no confusion and that nothing was forgotten about.
