Steve has worked on our sewer ejection system several times including today. He is on time, polite, professional, efficient, and fair priced. I can't ask for more.

Steve at Suburban Plumbing does good work HOWEVER be careful if you ask for an estimate for plumbing work. We have a grinder pump. It wasn't working right. He told us we could replace the bucket, for $1,000. Then we asked what it would cost to replace the entire grinder pump, since it's 15 years old. That price (twice) was $2,000. Well, the bill after it was all finished, was $3,500. He didn't quote labor and also didn't advise us that additional parts were needed. The new bucket was around $500 (on our bill for all his work)...so in that case he did quote labor. Be very clear when asking him for a price. I'm very disappointed, but what could we do? He had already completed the work. We were trapped. This really is no way to do business. Perhaps he's just used to people who have more money than they know what to do with? If you use him, get an estimate IN WRITING.
