I was "sold" one service but received something different. The service professional who came to service my house was prepared only to attack one problem, the roaches, and not the others that were discussed with the sales rep. Also, the sales rep explained one type of service (which did not include using bug spray in my house like it was going out of style) but the service pro said that is not at all what they do and that to eliminate the problem they NEED to spray. Though not happy, I needed the service so I let him do the work anyway. I will not be contacting them for follow-up service in the future - no way.

Steve did not spray the electrical sockets like he said he would. He was out of there in less than 30 minutes and I had to call a number of times to book the appointment and to make sure he was coming.
