Sundance Electric is family owned and operated since 1974. Our phones are answered primaraly by my wife Bonnie, my daughter, Jennifer, and my daughter in-law, Melinda. Sundance Electric has developed a customer base that is as diverse as their individual electrical needs. During this time, we have tried constantly to meet such needs by working closely with the homeowners in order to educate our electricians regarding state of the art technology available in our industry. Through the years, this relationship has made it possible for us to meet any type of electrical need that may arise for our clients. Sundance Electric has built its' strong reputation by providing the best workmanship that is available. Our highly skilled journeyman havea minimim of five years of electrical education, as well as, many hours of hands-on training. Our employees also pride themselves on convenience to the customer as we strive to privide a wrinkle free and safe completion of our tasks. We pay attentionan to the requests of our customers and feel it is our obligation to complete the job on their behalf

They used indoor extensions on my outdoor lighting. Never followed up this year to see if we wanted them back to redecorate for Christmas.

They had to re-shedule the appointment due to extenuating circumstances. Ron and team were early for the new appointment - friendly and informative! Overall, a great experience and cheaper than the competition.

Roy called and gave me a great deal on my ceiling fans that needed to be put up in 2 rooms.I did get the 10% off which was great & I had forgotten all about that.They came right away & installed the fans in my kids rooms.Everything was very neat and tidy.Couldnt have asked for a better electrician.Roy really knows what hes talking about. He didnt charge me for all the extra advice he gave me on the rest of my electrical services I needed to have done. He gave me great ideas for landscape lighting & showed me a couple hints on how to keep my house cool. This was a great service call and I will be calling them back for more work asap. Thanks

I was disappointed to learn I didn't receive the 10% discount advertised and I was told over the phone the 1st hour of service was $90/hr and subsequent hours were less (never told amount), which they weren't. All hours were at $90 which made them more expensive than other referral that I had at $65.00/hr. Never responded to e-mails inquiring about above issues.

In time order: * contractor did not arrive on time. * contractor did not give an estimate for additional work needed. The additional work needed was created in part by the contractor not estimating the job accurately. * Quality of the job was poor. Contractor cut 4" hole above breaker box, left one of the screws off the breaker box, left cable out of wall and looped over stairwail, left installation out of wall, left connector loose, and electrical box open. * Not courteous. * I will be reporting the contractor to the local Better Business Bureau
