The saleperson was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly, not pushy, like most other people we had in to give us estimates. The installers cleaned up after themselves and even vacuummed. Overall quite pleased with the job.

From beginning to end Sunlight were a joy to work with. All appointments were kept and on time. The pricing was outstanding, they didn't charge an arm and a leg like some other estimates I had received. The workmanship was incredible. My windows were installed and I'm just loving them!! I recommend both Sunlight to anyone who's looking for windows. You can't go wrong with the price, value and workmanship!!

Windows took much longer than 4 - 6 weeks. Wrong product ordered and installed. Work area was a mess during projects. Very dissapointed, complete lack of communication once salesman made the initial sale. Unreliable time frames given.

The salesman was very pleasant to deal with. The installation was timely and very professional. Everything was cleaned up. Only downside was two cancelled appointments for measurement. Overall, a pleasant experience.

The installers were just fine, but the office people did not return calls and the time of production and installation was 7 weeks instead of 3. One window was the wrong size and had to be remade, adding another 1.5 weeks to the process.

Not timely in scheduling appointments and manufacture/installation took longer than communicated. I had to make frequent calls to keep the project moving forward. Due to problems they encountered, my job was rescheduled the morning it was originally planned for. The day of the installation they were 3 hours late. One screen was missing - took a month/frequent calls to get it. The caulking was applied sloppy. I hired another contractor to trim all the windows to cover it. The trim work was challenging because the windows were not intalled evenly. Asked for a written warranty and had to hound them over and over until it was finally sent.
