Re-roofed my in-law suite. Thourough appraisal, great solutions to a difficult roof slope combination and accomodating staff. They had a little communication lapse in the beginning as far as color and time frames, but then, we were co-ordinating out of state. Fairly priced and well documented company. They were very helpful: supplying pictures before, during and after; following up after the job was complete with warranty information and even sent a Thank You card, a nice touch. Would definitely recommend.

I was first impressed with the original resentation, which was the most professional I have ever received. Then the installation was just as good as the presentation. The crew was outstanding. Any questions I had were answered clearly. The overall experience was outstanding.

The owner, Kip, added a personal touch to the job by stopping in routinely to ensure I was satisfied with the process. Whenever anything out of the ordinary came up, Kip would be there to explain everything to my satisfaction. Several of his regular team earned my greatest respect when I realized they were treating the replacement of my roof with as much care and attention as they would if it was their own homes. Good people. Good materials. Lots of care to ensure I was satisfied. I'd recommend them to anyone.

They were the only one out of three who came back with a quote !!!! Evaluated the project and also took pictures and mailed a description of the repairs with the quote. Very professional. We have to call to ask them for a date to do the project. On evaluation, I would give them 5 stars.

In the past I have dealt with unprofessional roofers. This company was not one of those. They were on top of everything but the weather. You cannot fault them for that. They did a fine job and I would hire them again.

Kip was extremely professional. He came out in the evening to visit with us at our home and show us samples and explain everything in detail for us, as we knew little about roofing. The job was done the next week and the crew was extremely professional and friendly. They cleaned up completely after the job. We had heard horror stories from friends about roofing jobs and expected to find nails all around the house, but they had completely cleaned up and used a magnet to pick up any nails that had dropped. The roof looks incredible. We chose to go with a 30 year hi definition shingle, which really makes our house look good!
