had a thermostat put in ~ had a issue with being told he would show up within a 1/2 - took 1 hour; cleanliness - not so much (he had been on another job prior)
Response by Superior Comfort, LLC: Sorry we took an extra 30 min. We received your info at 6:00 P.M. and it was 7:00 P.M. when we got there. Of course the service tech came from another job if you wanted him to be fresh out of the shower maybe we should have came the next day. Not to mention that it should have be after hours rates and we did not charge the after hour rate. Sorry we could not please you but I would almost think any other customer would have been happy.

The workers for this company were wonderful. They were extremely polite while they were in my home and explained all of the steps to installation as they went along. I would definitely use their services again. In addition, they were also the lowest quote I received after calling numerous companies.
