Though he could have done the repair, he suggested we just replace the appliance, since we'd probably just keep pouring money into the old one. And he didn't even charge us for the call or the advice.

He turned up early - which was a good sign. Courteous. Explained exactly what he was going to do and the cost of doing it, with options. I would recommend Sure tech.
