I was so disappointed in my floors. This is our retirement home and we have put a lot of hard work into it. My husband was going to do the floors and I talked him into having it done. The first time they did them, they rushed to get it done and the color did not take. When we contacted them about how unhappy we were, they came back out and redid them. The old stain was not properly removed and this left very splotchy results. All the edges were not finished properly and that is the part that will show the most, as we will probably have area rugs. There seem to be issues in every room .... we have approx 3400 sq ft. When you pay good money to have your floors finished, you should not have to be looking for ways to cover the shoddy workmanship. We have to build something in front of our main entrance lobby windows, just to cover the poorly stained floor. Very disappointed overall.

My floors are beautiful beyond my expectations. Everyone who sees them immediately says that they want to do theirs now . The quality is outstanding and the value and customer service is over the top. I am so grateful that I hired Surface Creation. I could not be happier and am very much looking forward to our next project together = counter tops!
