David Sword and his team did really an excellent job on my townhouse in Lexington, Mass (painting all walls/ceilings on 3 floors, repairing a difficult-to-fix water-damaged ceiling, and doing additional jobs). David and his team did a great job on our place, including a few additional pieces of work required to get it into shape. They were on time, flexible about start date and worked hard. David was always willing to answer questions and tried to make it easy for us to live in our place while they painted. He also brought in carpenter, ceiling guy and electrician to do additional work when necessary. The one problem was that there were a few unexpected results of the painting, including painted window screens and some of the finish of our floor pulled up. However, David is courteous about it and had also put in a ceiling for free for us, so this complaint is minor. Overall, we were very happy with the job that David did and appreciate his standard of quality.
