Good office staff to work with, very obliging. Installers were fast & pleasant to deal with. Did good job of tiling entire condo. Would definately recommend using them.

Juels is great workng with my crazy work schedule, She is great prices are good having work done with them now due to install shortly after I prep my area.

Juel contacted me quickly to discuss the job. When she came to measure/shjow samples she was on time, courteous, knowledgable and friendly. The quote was very fair (well below the next best quote and she was using a better tile). The workers who arrived to do the job arrived on time and got right to work, the job was finished in the time stated and was done well. I am very happy with the finished product.

T-Brothers Tile was very professional. They showed up on time, & did excellent prep-work, and clean-up. The end product was very good. I would recommend this tile company. I had numerous cracked tile that had to be replaced, & bull-nosed. They did a nice job.

They responded to my online request within 30 minutes. Set up an appointment for a free estimate on Saturday and were on time for the Tuesday job. It was to remove 100 sq.ft of ceramic tile installed on a slab 25 years ago. I tried to remove a tile with little success. I checked out renting a hammer drill ($150) The estimate was their minimum $250. Best $$$ I ever spent. It would have been a hard, dusty and hot job. The day of the project it was 105 in Las Vegas. 2 1/2 hrs after they arrived it was completed, all debris removed and the floor swept and wet mopped. I was ready to begin my re-tile job. It was a great experience.

They were prompt in contacting me by phone. Came out very next day to give quote. Jule is a very pleasant sales rep and great personalilty and very personable. The installers arrived as scheduled, was very efficient and left the work area clean. Very pain free experience all the way around. Will definitely call when I have other work to do in future as well as recommend to friends and family.

Jewel the saleperson who comes to your home is wonderful, polite, not pushy, knowledgable of the product.

My experience with T. Brothers was absolutely, positively the best experience I'v had with any contractor that I've dealt with in las vegas. The day from the start to finish from giving the bid to actually finishing the job. They actually came under budget and charged me less than what I thought they were going to originally charge me. They did a fantastic job, I would recommend them to anyone.

The job was astounding. Not only was she on time & polite, Juel came to our house & spent over an hr with usI, going over colors, styles & explaining the difference between ceramic & porcelain. She even helped us with color matching & ideas for future projects. Juel followed up everyday to advise what the next step was, or if we had any concerns about anything. The workers showed up on time & got to work & within 2 days had our almost 300 SF of tile laid over 3 rms & looking fantastic. They were professional enough, to lay plastic down btwn rooms & clean up after themselves. The result, TRULY BEAUTIFUL! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND T-Brothers Tile

Professional and efficient.

The only minor complaint I had was in the overestimation of the number of tiles I needed for my bathroom walls. It became quite annoying because I had to drive to several different Lowe's locations to get the 'adequate' number of tiles and then later find out that I didn't need that many to begin with! However, the person who did the actual installation of my tiles (his name's George) did an excellent job. He was quiet but polite and hardworking. He came on time, went straight to work, and adjusted the tile layout for me at the last minute when I couldn't find any matching-colored corner pieces. Overall, I'm a satisfied customer.

Mark was an excellent consultant and sent well over an hour giving me a defined, accurate estimate and worked with me to find the best price on the granite slab

The crew was good and finished the work on schedule. The quality of the work was better than the original tile installation in the kitchen that they were butting up against. When the job was finished, they thoroughly cleaned the new tile and removed all of the work debris. We will be using them again for a large bathroom project Lay diagonal tile in a hallway to match the same tile (blue pearl) which was already in the kitchen. The hallway had many architectural �features� that required a lot of careful cutting and fitting to properly cover the area. The crew removed several partial tiles at the edge of the kitchen floor where the two areas would butt up against each other and replaced them with full tiles to make it look as if all of the tile had been lain at the same time.

on time--installation done faster than quote--all issues resolved immediately---knowledgible supervisor involved with crew and quickly resolved any issues. wood flooring came out beautifully as envisioned! quality company! i will use them again!
