T. Hurt Construction, Inc. is a locally owned and operated construction company. Terry Hurt founded T. Hurt Construction in 1994. T. Hurt Construction is a member of the Heartland Better Business Bureau and is on the BBB Honor Roll for excellence in customer service. T. Hurt Construction is a State of Nebraska licensed contractor (registration # 23404). T. Hurt Construction works primarily in three areas of construction: concrete - both commercial and residential, remodeling, and new construction. Our concrete business ranges from large commercial projects to smaller residential work. Our concrete work sells itself through quality and longevity. T. Hurt Construction's remodel business includes full custom basement finishes/remodels, custom designed kitchens, and bathrooms. We also do commercial building remodeling. In the new construction area we help to add value, functionality, and enjoyment with new garages, pole barns, and house editions. T. Hurt Construction does not act as a general contractor for your project; our employees possess the experience for project completion with few sub-contractors. T. Hurt Construction does use licensed sub-contractors in the electrical and plumbing areas. We have always believed in staffing employees to do the majority of our work, which allows us to prevent delays throughout the project and bring projects to completion in a timely manner. Terry Hurt has over 14 years experience in the construction field with expertise in both commercial and residential concrete, home remodeling, commercial and residential total property maintenance, and garage and house edition construction. Terry possesses an Associate of Science Degree in Engineering Technology/Construction Management from the University of Nebraska. Terry is the owner/operator of T. Hurt Construction and he oversees day-to-day operation throughout the company and is on each jobsite daily. He is also responsible for all initial project estimating and continued project management. T. Hurt Construction's key personnel includes Paul Cederstrand who oversees the remodeling division of the company. Paul has over 10 years experience in finish carpentry, cabinet building, and framing. Jim Kaufman has 5 years experience in general construction, concrete, ceramic tile and carpentry. In the business office, Sherry Falke, who has been with T. Hurt Construction since the start of the business in 1994, manages the Accounting area and is part of the business development team.
