The project took longer than expected primarily due to the weather. In retrospect I would have chosen a 2/12 roof pitch to allow for more height of the finished ceiling. Overall finished product looks good and we are pleased.

Workers were very dependable. Mr Holtz was alway available for any issues that may have arose,and those issues where taken care of to our satisfaction in a timely manner.

Timely quote and timely in getting the work completed

not the best quality of work and their clean up is very sloppy. i must have picked up 300 nails and screws throughtout the project that were all over my gravel driveway, still findings some 2 months later

This is still an ongoing project. However, we are very pleased. This has been a rather difficult additon due to some bedrock issues. Mr. Holtz keeps us informed & the construction is on time. The workers are polite & don't waste any time. Would recommend this contractor.

Not a high quality job. Left things marginally finished. Did not call with additional promised estimate. Expensive.

The clean-up was horrible. There were screws and broken glass left behind after two clean-ups. The paint job was sloppy. My husband Kerry and I called Tom about my room leaking when it rains and got no response. We feel he was not committed to getting the job done right. My husband Kerry and I want to make other customers aware so they don't have to go through what we did.

The project consisted of 3 large jobs in one. A new garage addition with basement, a customized roof for our deck and an entire new roof. Tom was the only contractor to proposal that met all of our specifications. With such a large project, issues and some misunderstandings are part of the job. Tom stayed on the project to completion, fixing any issues and delivered all his promises to meet or exceed all of my expectations.

very honest. Explained everything so I could understand. Helped me to create a perfect bedroom size and huge closet space. Didn't attempt to fast talk us. Worked within our budget.

Mr. Holtz and his team were on time. Their work was exact and finished extremely well. Cleanup afterwards was done very well. They used high grade materials throughout our remodel which I think is wonderful especially with all the bad publicity out there about contractors.

This company followed through and did a quick, very professional job.
