He came and certified my boiler so we could get Occupancy Permint. He also gave me good advice about installing a new furnance.

Everyone involved w/the A/C instalation were very nice.They were very careful as to leave everything the way they found it,,,and anything that occured w/instalation was promptely taken care of.minor flaws do happen,,,overall we were quite pleased w/everything and everyone involved

Very prompt and professional

I had an excellent experience with T S Heating

They were very prompt to repair a heater in the cold winter months. They came out the same day and repaired it! Unfortunately they had to return a week later to repair it again. It was a bad part. Again, they were very quick to repair it and did not charge to come out a second time.

The service I needed was prompt and reasonably priced. He seemed to able to figure out what the problem. He needed to pick up a condenser pump, so I had to wait an additional 2 days for that. Once he got it, he and his teammate were able to install it pretty quickly. However, he wasn't sure if that would keep my heat running without the same problem coming up again. He suggested another part, but he never called back to give the price for that. I think the job done was adequate, I wouldn't recommend or not recommend them to a friend.

They were on time, professional and extremely helpful with solving our AC concerns.

Seems very honest. Very accommodating. Identified some problems but didn't try to force me into the highest price solution. After the correct parts finally arrived, they were installed and the AC is working again! A little more communication (phone calls) would have been nice while waiting for the correct parts to arrive.

Tom & Jay installed new hot/cold water pipes in the basement. For the hot water, they disconnected the boiler and installed a Rinnai tankless water heater for us. Everything went well.

I would recommend TS Heating for a number of reasons. He was able to accommodate my schedule, yet respond quickly. He returned my call within minutes. He completed the job quickly and correctly, and took the time to go through the operations of the newly installed thermostat without even asking.

Excellent service. Was a little delayed due to his previous job earlier in the day, but kept in contact with us the whole time. Did great work for us and we will definitely use them again. We've already started passing out their business card to friends and neighbors.
