My client (I am a real estate pro) was being charged $1,400 by other HVAC contractors just to insert a new aluminum chimney liner as part of the furnace replacement. Timothy was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, had a comforting personality and took care of the issue I was having with my furnace within one day of us speaking. What really impressed me was the fact that Timothy took initiative. I was having a hard time getting in contact with my tenant to schedule some time for Timothy and his team to go out and look at the furnace but when I finally got in contact with my tenant the next day, I found out that Timothy already spoke with her and had a time that day to go out there. And they were able to address the issue that day and fix the furnace at a reasonable price.

We picked Tactil mainly on thier reviews since all were friendly and ready to help same day. Tim was very professional and friendly. Gave an estimate over the phone from problem description and that's all we paid. He explained what he was doing and what the furnace was and wasn't doing and why.
