This company was extremely flexible with our needs. We were dealing with a difficult type of mortgage with many restrictions and rules to renovate a condo left in disrepair. This company was willing to work with the terms and cooperate with all the requests of our bank. They also drove out of the way to go over paperwork, drop off forms, or discuss work. They are very knowledgeable about their field and a pleasure with work with. We would recommend them!
