Friendly, courteous and professional. The only reason I don't give them a 5 is that none of the treatments seems to last the entire 90 days between visits and I have to call them for "touch up" treatments. They are ALWAYS friendly and available to do them, but it requires a little vigilance and work on my part.

Thechnical Pest Services was great. The technician was kind and pleasant, helpful (took off his shoes to protect the freshly cleaned carpet), and even gave some free insight from his perspective as a home inspector, since I am selling my house this week. He sprayed thoroughly and allowed me to come along and move things aside for him to spray behind, as needed. I highly recommend Technical Pest Services.

I was greeted with a friendly voice when I called to get service scheduled. They explained everything in detail as far as what the preventative service would entail and sscheduled the time that would work with my schedule. The technician arrived on time and was very professional and explained everything and went over any questions I had. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing pest control services!

Very professional, did a great job

I had raccoon problem in my backyard. He set the traps and by next morning two raccoons were in the trap. Technical pest kept the traps for two more days without additional charge. No more raccoon problem. However they charge you for each removal and that is a little bit steep, but they were real professional.

The on site service tech was courteous and used effective chemicals that exterminated the bees as promised. It took a few hours for the treatment to be effective. I am looking to use their services for the bee hive removal also.

Treatment for rasberry ants worked the first time. Wish I had called sooner

The Technician was very helpful and even called before to ask if he could come earlier than our appointment, which worked great for me. He explained what he was doing as he was doing it which was very helpful. He didn't try to sell me anything other than the service he was there to perform, which I appreciated. The technician said if we had any problems to call and they would come back out no charge. We haven't seen any ants since he treated - which is good. I requested a quarterly service from here forward. Very pleased.

I hired Technical Pest Services to take care of my carpenter ant infestation. They contacted me immediately, quoted price over phone, scheduled appointment quickly. Rick was very courteous, competent and seemed quite thorough. The 1 year warranty they provide gives me peace of mind that the service was done to the best of his ability and that I'm covered if anything else pops up. Great experience and will recommend.

The customer service is very friendly, Kerry will work with you to best fit your schedule. Rick and Xavier are very professional, they arrive on time, call before their arrival and explain things to you. Most importantly they are knowledgeable, they use the right treatment to the problem (ants in my case). There is also a follow-up treatment which is necessary to get the 60-day warranty. I am very satisfied with their service and will definitely use them again. I give a 4.5 for the quality, because I just had follow-up visit today, don't know results yet, but from the results of the first treatment (ants gone), there should be no problem.

TPS comes out quickly when called. I think they move a little too quickly when spraying the house, as some areas do not appear to be rid of pests, but overall good service for the price.
