The service was perfect. From beginning to end was wonderful. They prepped the area and cleaned to make sure that nothing would damage our floor and was very careful not to hit anything while in the house.

He is so knowledgeable about his craft - and it really is a craft, it's not just a job. His team was great as well - I was at home with my two-year old, and every - kind, trustworthy & hardworking. I can't say enough good things about Timothy Larkin, and his company!

I had already done all of my own floorboards and all of my window trim. I realized from him the quality of work i was doing was better than my own. So I decided to use him for my crown molding. His seams were very tight. He delivered on what he said he would. They were very careful. We've had no issues at all.

Tim is the best molding guy I've ever seen or known. His quotes seem high at first but worth it when you see his work.

I was contiually pressured to put crown molding in every square inch of my house despite the fact I only wanted it in certain areas. The work done was substandard and the workers damaged and dirtied my freshly painted walls. I had to pay a painter an additional $700+ to come in and smooth out the nail holes and seams and fix what Mr. Larkin would not.
Response from T.F. Larkin, Inc.
"I was so disappointed that this was written. I went back to this job twice asking what I could do to make it better. My wife went with me the second time and we walked around with a paint brush as she pointed to spots we couldn't see. When we were done she said she was satisfied. Then she wrote this. The crown went up beautifully and I hope you read the other ratings below."

Tim and crew were a pleasure to work with during our crown project. The only improvements I can see is the crew could use a little more supervision on finishing/painting and take time to better protect floors. Other than that I am very pleased with the results and will have them back in the future for additional work.
Response from T.F. Larkin, Inc.
"Yes. I totally agreed with this review and we have continuously improved over the years on training to keep the floors protected and clean throughout the project. Thanks for the feedback!"

I don't know if we have ever worked with anyone who has had better customer service. Besides, he really is an artist. Several people had said because of our complicated ceilings you could not put in crown molding. Tim not only put in the crown, he did a beautiful job.
