Kitchen - Remodel
I had the company to remodel my house and not just remodel my kitchen. The company cut several corners to complete the job. They did not use the quoted fixtures and materials. They did not adhere to any provided timeframe and did not keep me updated on the progress of the work or provide updates on any porblems.

"I'm not sure how we cut corners on this project as everything that was in the contract was completed and approved by the home owner. Also we did not provide fixtures for this project other than what was stated in the contract. We were late in finishing the project as the home owner did not allow us start for three weeks prior to the original start date as his closing was postponed. This was a whole house remodel that was completed in 5 weeks. We also did additional work requested by the owner that was not in the original time line or estimated. This original estimate was for around $30,000 and was cut down by the home owner to $19,000."

For a two week job that was to have started Labor Day, the job is not finished yet. Never knew when workers would come, so most days wasted on waiting for "NO SHOWS". Example: Painters came Thursday, had the wrong color of paint. Said would meet Brian to get the right paint. Never came back. Waited all day Friday for their return. Still waiting. Work that has been done is great, but just never know when workers will show up. Had I known then, what I know now, I would never have hired this company. Will be so happy when this job is completed and they are out of my home.

"This was a master bathroom remodel project that ws supposed to take three weeks. We had several delays that I always relayed to the customer, such as the plumber got in a wreck and was hospitalized on his way to the job. That cost us a couple of days in the schedule. Also the tub that was ordered prior to us starting the job was damaged during shipping and had to be re ordered from the supplier. Not much I can do about these type of delays except relay them to the owner and try to work around them. Yes this project did take some additional time, but I'm not sure what else I could have done about it."

Brian and his team did a great job painting our house. He answered all of our questions and was always available via phone or email. Price estimate was fair and he was able to complete some other projects for us around the house.

Pro : Cabinate repair project turned into entire kitchen remodel and The Construction Company did excellet job of repair/remove damaged cabinate/ install Granite/ and all kitchen appliances. I recommend this company for any house repair/remodel etc. Con : Project did took more time than we expected. Some days nobody visited although they were scheduled to be working. If you have strict timeline, discuss it before you start

Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms
Working with Bryan and his crew was a wonderful experience. We were dealt with in a fair and honest manner through out the project. The work was completed on time and done beautifully. We had our cabinets painted, our entire house painted, carpet and tile removed, new hardwood floors installed as well as carpet. Everyone representing the company was a pleasure to work with.

Very quick response; a little pricey. But, the promptness of services and my lack of time to do the task myself was worth the money I paid for the service.

"I'm not sure how I was pricey on this job, I was asked to remove weeds and straw an entire yard. It was completed within two hours of getting approval to do the job at less that $200 for 25 bales of straw. I'm not sure how I could have done it any faster or cheaper."

Bryan has done a great job with my complete project. Cleanup, hauling and building a deck with pergola. He listened to my ideas, changes and was always prompt. I would definitely recommend him. He made sure I was happy with the total project.
