The Haas Group, LLC

The Haas group provided an unbiased evaluation of the condition of my roof, and make recommendations in their detailed report. I highly recommend them for anyone who is unsure about getting a roof replaced.

They did not give me an appropriate roof inspection report.

The gentle who worked with and also provided good information and insight from consumer's stand he educated me and never felt like he was taking advantage of me he was very knowledgable and helpful

Ernest was very professional and thorough. He arrived on time and this was very important since I had to travel long distance to get to the house. He provided a lot of valuable information. I would highly recommend him to neighbors and friends.

I contacted The Haas Group for a roof inspection. Ernest responded on time and conducted his inspection quickly and professionally. He followed up by providing a report complete with photos and estimates for how much I should expect to pay a qualified roofing company for the suggested repairs. I would definitely recommend The Haas Group to others.

Mr. Haas was very professional and thorough. He was able to squeeze me into his calendar because I had a tight deadline to get the inspection done. He did a great job.

They were very prompt, professional, and made sure I could see the problems with I-Pad pictures.

THey arrived on time and was very friendly. The took detailed pictures and explained everything to me in depth.

It was an excellent experience, prompt and professional.

Ernie Haas' expertise is invaluable! He's been in the roofing business since 1969, now doing only roof inspections and consulting services. He's not a roof contractor trying to "sell" you a new roof. To maintain his integrity and credibility, he has no relationships with contractors. Should a new roof be needed, he will review your bids and let you know if the plan is flawed or the estimate is padded with unnecessary work or costs. How many people do that? All communications were prompt and his inspection was thorough and educational. Ernie is a straight shooter but also patiently answered our questions. Hire Ernie and have peace of mind!

Happy with their service and expertise.

Very professional, experienced, and knowledgeable

He was very good and prompt. Even after the project was completed he called me to follow up and make sure everything was good. He was very quick and professional.

Easy to work with. Fair and knowledgeable

I engaged the Haas Group & am very happy with the service. They were on time, professional, and very informative. I would definately reccommend them!

I thought they were great.

The Haas Group was instrumental in getting a bad roofing job fixed for me. They are very knowledgeable about roofing, buidling codes, and manufacturers specifications. They were very attentive and professional, spending hours on the phone with me over a period of the four months it took to get the roofer to fix the problems. I highly recommend the Haas Group. I only wish that I had consulted them before I had my roof worked on. They will review your contract with the roofer and meet with them before the job starts to make sure expeectations are clear. In my case it would have saved me a lot of aggravation.

Very professional and paid attention to detail. Very thorough.

Very professional, cordial and knowledgable

The Hass Group LLC is was wonderful

Very honest and customer oriented!!!

The consultant was timely in his estimated time of arrival. He was very thorough with the inspection, checking all areas on the roof and taking pictures of problems he found. He took the time to peruse my recent contract and noted areas of concern. He gave excellent advice on procedures I need to follow to have the problems with my roof corrected. He also let me know that he would follow through on the process of correcting the problems found. I found him to be the ultimate professional in the manner in which I addressed my concerns.

Inspector possessed great knowledge and expertise, excellent details, prompt, quick response and service, highly recommended.

Customer service was exceptional. Price was pleasant. Report was thorough. I was contacted by the contractor for a follow up and their professional advice was well appreciated and informative.

First, the Haas Group evaluated my roof. I next called companies in to give bids on fixing the roof. I passed each proposal (about 5) along to Ernie for his evaluation. With his trained eye he could easily separate the good from the bad as well as the better from the best. He evaluated each proposal on its individual merit and did not play favorites with these companies. Finally, Ernie recommend the company that was best for my particular situation. Along the way he offered lots of advice for dealing with roofing companies / contracts. I would recommend the Haas Group to anyone contemplating roof replacement vs. repair.
