Snow Removal- For Business
They really got me out of a tight spot on the spur of the moment. I called on Sunday afternoon to have the snow removed from two of my office buildings. I needed it done before the next morning. They responded immediately and the next morning, my tenants could get to their offices without slipping. Thank you so much Handyman of GA!!

I had no problems dealing with Chris and thought he was very professional. However, I had issues dealing with the person that actually came to do the work. He did not show up when he said he would over a 3 day period. The work he did was good, but it was a hassle to know when or if he was going to show up that day.

"That individual is no longer with my company. I apologized to the customer for the timing problems he caused. I also took money off her bill for her inconvience. It also did not continue over a three day period as is evident in the last sentence of the customers complaint, it was in the span of one - two days. He (my old employee) had phone problems so he did not communicate well with the customer. The work was on the exterior of her home also so therefore I don't understand the need for her to know when we were there. She had told me that we could come anytime to finish it up."

"This customer agreed with a signed contract before the work began. He began nice but quickly turned into a Very difficult person to communicate with. His inability to communicate to allow us to proceed on a job where one thing turned into 4 more made was one negative aspect I had to deal with. It was a Front porch Handrail redo that needed dug into concrete footings and he did not understand that it would take time to do correctly to be within code. He also did not pay me fully for the time we spent on the job."

Every aspect of the service was A+. I was contacted immediately after my request. A detailed assessment of the cost was provided, and the job was completed exactly as projected by the contractor. The quality of the fence repair was excellent. I will definitely use Handyman of GA for future projects.

Everything was great. Would use them again. Only thing I did not like was that two trip charges were made because he had to come back to paint small peice of wood to complete job. I think one trip charge would have been more appropriate.

These guys are very nice, and did a good (not excellent) job of painting my loft and repairing damaged sheetrock. A little pricey, but very fast. Overall I was satisfied, I got mostly what I wanted very quickly for a not unreasonable price.
