Eric has old fashioned honesty and integrity. He also does it right and inexpensively the first time. This is a lost virtue in today's America. Especially in the trades! Take it from a former construction Project Manager who didn't know him from Adam. He's as good as it gets.

Rather than just replace the Coil $3,800 with a 1 year warranty they were able to upgrade the air handler unit for an additional $400 and get me a 5 year warranty. The workers covered the hardwood floors, and even vacuumed to clean up after themselves. Definitely would recommend this firm

If anyone has Central AC or Heat issues I HIGHLY recommend calling Eric Graves with Graves Air Conditioning & Heating, LLC. Our system went out and he called around to get us the best quote for the equipment and stayed literally ALL day yesterday getting us back up and running (even in all the rain).
