Our experience with The Loftcrafters has exceeded our expectations. Our job was completed a week ahead of schedule, our house has been kept neat during the construction, we were kept informed of every step during the process. We would highly recommend their services. And... Our new loft looks fantastic!!

The Loftcrafters team did an excellent job and was very professional from the estimate to the completed job. They were very detailed about explaining the process, stages of work and details that we didn't think about. They kept the work as confined and clean as possible. We felt that because they specialize on lofts, that they were the best at this project. We would hihgly recommend them to anyone considering a loft or addition.

We hired Friesen Construction to build a loft. The pricipal, David Friesen, is very professional, personable, knowledgable, honest & fair. The staff was generally professional. Our expectations were exceeded in many areas. They accomodated our requests (lighting, switches, a/v wiring, etc.), some of which were not defined in the contract. Their price was fair & reasonable.

We have selected Dave to do our project and we are just getting started. So far he is terrific!

I enjoyed working with the team. Whenever I had a request or observation, they were very prompt in replying and rectifying the situation.

Our remodel is not complete yet but so far Dave has done a great job. update: Our remodel has been completed. Friesen Construction exceeded my expectations. The entire story is that I had 10wks left before I gave birth to my son. Dave gave me a 6-8 wks time frame of completion. The crews goal was 6 wks. Daves crew completed the work in 6 wks and 2 days. The additional 2 days was only due to 2 rainy days. I would recommend Friesen Const to anyone and everyone! and I have recommended them to others. Thank you to Dave's crew for an excellent job! We are enjoying our new room and additional space in our master bedroom!

I think most people go into a remodel with trepidation -- having heard about projects that became overblown nightmares. It didn't happen here, because David Friesen is an excellent communicator and absolutely up front. His crew members were extremely courteous, positive and hard working. Some nights they didn't leave until after nine because they wanted to keep to the schedule. After we got into the job, they recommended another way to make the room look better, but were up front about added costs, so I could make an informed decision. They always cleaned up after the day's work. I would recommend them to anybody.

Friesen was recommended to me by a friend and they also were a Service Magic contractor. They showed up on time, worked throughout the day and cleaned up prior to leaving. I would use their services again without question.

This was my first time using a referral from ServiceMagic.com. Bob from Friesen Construction was professional and pleasant on the phone and agreed to meet me very early in the morning so I didn't have to miss work. After giving me several options and answering many questions, the electicians came in (again very early in the morning to accomodate my schedule) and worked quickly and neatly. I am extremely satisfied and impressed with their work. Friesen is an honest contractor and I will be recommending them to my family and friends. Very fair and reasonable price as well.
