After we ruled out wiring problems with the compressor he visited to diagnose the compressor and the system for leaks. The compressor tested fine, and he recharged the system. The refrigerator has been working fine since then. The charges were lower than expected and he guaranteed his work. I am very pleased with the service and recommend it.

Fixed our dishwasher back in August. It has been working perfectly ever since. Marcello is a great guy!!!!

Found The Repair Guy on the internet and two other repairmen. Marco Fernandez, replyed by email, and a phone call with in and hour to set appointment at our convenience. When my wife spoke to him she explained problem. Marco knew what it was after i spend a sunday try to find and quoted a price of $150.00. received call from one other and told issue, and was quoted $95.00 to look at, plus $250.00 for parts and told me it would be 3 days to get to job. The Repair Guy Marco got the job, called 2 times to keep in touch and confirm, he worked with our schedule and arived at 7pm. and fixed in 15 min. Then walked up and told me the price he quote was $10.00 hire then what he did.So for $140.00, i got lower price, excellent communication, great service. and Marco i find funny, showed me old pump to washer and new pump as i was a factory pump he put in to . He then explained that it was a "under wire" from a bra the got sucked into pump. Next day 3rd person called and all i stated was pump is bad. $285.00 and he would fix. Marco, Thank You so much. Marcelo by far exceded my expectations. I was having problems with my washing machine and Marcelo actually got me a better deal on a used washing machine that ended up being much cheaper than repairing my old machine. Not only that but he offered me a one year warranty on my new machine at no extra charge. He and his brother iin law took my old machine away and installed my new one. He was also aware that my dish washer was wired incorrectly and volunteered to fix it at no cost. My hand rail was loose to and he fixed that as well. I definitely recommend Marcelo to any having any issues around the house. He's honest and fair and really cares about his customers and that's rare.
