The job went just like Leon said it would. Repairman had to spend some extra time due to unforseen complications. No extra charge. The job was done right the first time as quoted. I'm impressed. The clock they installed was 4 zone but I paid for 8 zone and was billed accordingly. That's the only thing, otherwise GREAT. We even have that worked out. mary

I was very impressed by their timeliness, the fact that they came to my home after business hours and didn't charge more and that they were down to earth. Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain - Repair
I had my shower re-grouted and resealed. The initial work was not done very well, so it had to be redone. The shower looks better the second time around, but I was disappointed that there even had to be a second time. Nonetheless, the problem was corrected and I am a happy camper. I will say that customer service from The Service Pro is outstanding! I would probably use them again. (MCA - Centennial, Colo.)

Great follow-up. They called right away and then called back when I asked them to. Leon fixed our outlet and let me know that our switch was OK -- we simply needed a couple new starters, which only cost $1.98 at the local hardware store. Only thing I wasn't totally satisfied with was that I was charged for a full hour and he was only there for 20 minutes.

The two Gentlemen that worked on my home were fun, polite, courteous, and informed me of problems and potential problems with my electrical setup. Leon I believe was his name did a great job. His assesent was a very nice young man.

Leon suggested that we use a remote controlled ceiling fan for our vaulted ceiling instead of running lots of extra wiring, and it is working well for us. He also installed some cable wiring and aside from leaving a 2"x4" extra hole in our wall when he couldn't get through the firewall, did a good job. We think he should have been responsible for patching the extra hole. He was running late but did call to advise. Overall, good job.
