The work done by the Sessa team was fantastic in fact our local building department said they had never seen a plan as complete as the one Sessa Corp provided. It took a little while for the work to be completed but only because of how thorough they were. The price was also very fair I would Highly recommend this company.

Vince was polite, professional and a pleasure to talk to. He took the time to explain what he was doing and was patient and kind. He did the inspection efficiently and informed us of his findings. We received our inspection report 3 days after it was done. I would highly recomend The Sessa Corp. to anyone needing the services they provide!

Vince called right away and was easy to make an appointment with. He showed up on time and was easy to talk with. The job I needed was pretty simple and was just to make it "official", but he examined the wall I wanted to remove and confirmed it was not load bearing then provided me with a letter explaining as much.
