Oil Furnace or Forced Air Heating System Repair Service
Norwood came out to see us and do a yearly cleaning on our furnace. It has not been done since 2004 and was quite a mess. I knew it would be and I am sure it was dirtier than Norwood would have wanted to deal with. He took it all in stride and assured me each step of the way. He was great! I learned a lot from him (do not worry he has my business again) and I already suggested him to my sister and brother-in-law. It was great from the initial contact to the status updates. Thanks Norwood!!!

It wasn't the well pump it was the pressure tank. They promptly replaced it.

Oil Furnace or Forced Air Heating System Repair Service
The service man cleaned the furnace,checked the draft,changed the electrodes and oil burner tip. He did a good job. I paid him $149.00.The next morning the house was cold and the furnace was off.I called Steinert co. The service guy answered and said he would be over in an hour or so. Soon after the lady from the Steinert co. called and said that I would need a transformer and it would cost in the neighborhood of $282.00 I thanked her and said that was to much. I then called another service man he came and installed a new transformer and it has been fine since. Cost was $125.00.
