I would recommend "The Water Heater Experts". Wesley came & looked at my problem, he was very informative and gave me options. Wesley was early & on time for both appointments. He installed my New Hot Water Heater (since it was in my crawl space) he even moved the New Hot Water Heater to a better Location. I'm very pleased. It was a pleasure having someone so nice and considerate doing the job. If I needed service in the future I would ask for Wesley..Thank You.

This company specializes in hot water heaters and seems very knowledgeable. Wesley came out the same day, replaced the ignition box, and we had hot water within 90 minutes. He was a nice guy who explained exactly what needed to be done.

As it turned out, the pilot light on my gas heater had gone out. The tech was able to relight it and did not try to high pressure me into changing out any parts, much less a new heater. Its been a week since he was here and all is working great. I will definately call them next time i have a water heater problem.

Cheap and arrived fairly promptly (estimate was on time, install was a little late but called ahead of time). Only gripe is that I had a problem with my pressure reducing valve and they didn't offer to fix (for an additional charge, of course). Seemed like they could have been a little more "full service". However, I don't know if the installer was heading to the next job, etc. Instead, I had to get a plumber to replace my PRV.

The response time from the recommendation, repair estimate and the time indicated for arrival of technician was quick. I had my water heater repaired the same day and the cost ended up being below the estimate. The technician was very polite and communicated the options of repair and detailed what needed to be accomplished and had everything taken care of within the hour.
