Ceiling Fan Installation
Sead was friendly, and very knowledgable. He did the quoted work, but also has to change done extra electrical work in our house in order to install our ceiling fans, and did so at no extra charge. Knowledgeable, professional and a job well done!

"Pricing is correct.Customer has received an E mail with our prices for hourly work-Material is not Included in hourly Work. Trouble shoot circuit for ceiling Light.It was 1 hour and 30 min.We did solve the problem.Customer request change the switch with Dimmer.After job was done.Customer asked me to hang Big light fixture on the ceiling,Price is $65.00 to put 50 pieces light together and hang it on the ceiling.Customer know price before told me to do a work. Final price was $130.00 which is lower than rate,I don' Understand why is complain about price after job.No price was hidden."

Attic or Whole House Fan Installation
He was very good from initial point of contact through to the completion of the project. He was prompt, reliable, efficient and very neat and tidy. He also stuck to his quoted priced, even though he spent almost twice the amount of time on the project that he initially anticipated. He did two projects for us, and both were done very well. He has a great work ethic and I was happy to hire him.

Great experience. Sead came to the house, gave a very fair price for installing two outlets, and started immediately! Also replaced several existing outlets and plates and charged just the material costs for that work. Done in three hours for the whole job and was available for any questions after the job was completed. Will hire him for additional electrical work. Excellent. Hire him!

Absolute nightmare!!. Tore up my drywall, wanted me to repair drywall because it took him over twelve hours to install four ceiling fans. Nice guy but spend the extra money to save your drywall, and sanity.

Installed lights in my home. i guess he made a too big of a hole beacuse he plasted it and its very noticable and even got some on the new lights. I had to tell him to clean up after himself. Very cheap half the price. but you get what you pay for.

Saed was very professional and approached the job with a plan and did not work haphazardly. He had all the necessary equipment to complete the job and did it in a timely manner. The work required punching into drywall and the ceiling. His repairs looked good but there are still unavoidable remnants of the work.
