He started two jobs. He installed transfer switches and mixed up the labels. Minor issue. Fixed by customer. He started installing a wall switch for a ceiling fan. He walked off the job and never came back even after at least one phone call from me.

Ceiling Fan Installation
John and his son did great work. Their pricing was better than competitive with the other estimates we received. They were very accomodating and accomplished the work in half the time that came from other quotes. In a 7 hour period, 3 ceiling fans were installed where no fixtures existed along with 4 electric plugs in the basement and another dedicated plug. I would highly recomend John and his son.

It amazed me that within 2 hours of my request, the problem was solved ! Talk about service. The next thing that amazed me was the price. Another example of a business in touch with the working man's economic situation. Very nice, clean and very personable. Despite the intrusion of many emergency calls due to Connecticut's October snow caused power black-out, he was attentive, professional, and efficient. I've already highly recommended him to one of my daughters who'll be needing an electrician soon. It's a rare pleasure to deal with a top quality company. I just don't expect to do so any more.
