Punctuality was not one of their strong qualities. The initial appointment for the estimate, they were late 30 minutes. Once the job was schedule, the installer was 2 hours late for the first day. He called as he was meant to be there informing me that he was running late, and should be there in 30 minutes. Well 2 hours later he shows up. The second day, again calls when he was scheduled to start work, and was 45 minutes late. For the most part, the work was done satisfactory, however where the floors meet, the tile was cut too small and then filled with too much grout. Fortunately for me, the work is behind a closed door to a storage area.

Tony and his staff are courteous, professional and highly trained in the installation of tile and tile products. I have the opportunity to work with contractors everyday and I must reiterate that Tile and Marble Works is a FIRST CLASS ACT, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thanks.

Tile & Marble Works was the easiest home improvement project I've had to handle thus far. They communicated well, were fast, thorough, nice and very well priced. They went above and beyond my expectations and would definitely use them again and refer them to anyone else.

The crew did not do anything without our approval. They brought everything needed, we didn't have to purchase supplies separately. They brought in a plumber and a handyman to lay the baseboards, who were also great to work with and very reasonable with prices. They finished the job without any delays. They were not intrusive. There were not any surprise extra costs required. The work they did looks nice. They were excellent.
