Did job well and timely. Stump removal was subed out and took several weeks to get the work completed. Overall I was satisfied with the work.

I was quite please with the service I received. Very quick response. And work was done to my satisfaction.

Tim was a very aggressive contact followed up on quote a couple of times. Once I okayed the removal of the tree he was here next morning, which was a day earlier than he said, ignoring the fact that I work nights and was told not to arrive to early his crew arrived 8:45am. After I answered door he made sure he had the right tree and began work. This is where I was totally unsatisfied, He than brought in a 30 thousand lbs. box truck and drove it into my yard causing deep ruts as it had been quite wet lots of rain. His crew drove in and out several times damaging my yard and my neighbors yard badly. My neighbor said something to tim and he assured hi it would be taken care of, as of today it has not. They also damaged my sat. equipment had to make a service call to have repaired. I called tim several days after tree removal and inquired about the what his plans where to repair lawn damage to mine and my neighbors yards, he him haw about and said he would come out and look at damaged, to date, and my knowledge he has not came out and looked at damage and has completely ignored my requests to repair said yards. In the end I would not recommend this tree service to anyone, the collateral damage was to great and he could give a damn about it. Its a shame because the yard looks nice with the tree removed minus the truck tire ruts and standing water in them when it rains. Please consider removal of tims tree service from your listings I would hate this to happen to someone else. Thank you for your time.

He arrived, accessed the job, and after negotiaing a fair price, completed the job in a timely manner.

He cut the trees on the 11th but the stumps he has not removed . I had to call him twice the 16th was the first time he was to call me back to let me know when he would be out but never call. I called 19th he would not give me a day or time that he would be back . If I pay for services I expect for the job to be completed in a timely manor or call and explain . I could never recommend him to anyone

I got a call right away from Tim and I was impressed with his first impression that I hired him for the job. He came on time and was very thorough about having my Elm tree trimmed properly. He cleaned up after himself and the tree and yard looks great!! I would recommend his company to anyone and would certainly use him again if I needed to!

Although we did this transaction over the phone/fax (I'm in Denver), my son was very impressed with the way the trees now look and how well Tim's Tree & Lawn Care cleaned up after the work. Thanks Tim!

Excellent value for money

Tim was very pleasant in our first visit and evaluation. The job they did was excellent. They did forget to take the stump out the first time so came back and did that. They did however forget to leave the wood as I was going to keep that for firewood and they hauled it off. I deducted $50.00 from the final payment for this..

They came in took the tree down and cleaned up. I would recommend them.

The came out and took out the tree. They had to remove my fence in order to get machines in the backyard. Well when they were done they did not put the fence back. We call Tim and told him this and he sent someone the next day to put the fence back. They left a three inch gap in the fence. Tim never came back and look at how the fence was repaired. He also did not take all of the brush that we requested.

I wasn't even logged out of servicemagic when these people called. The price for job was far less than other estimates. They came out on the first available day, completed the project exactly as described, and did a great job on cleanup. The only problem I had was that I had told them when I could get home to pay them, and that was agreed upon. However, after they completed they decided instead to have me mail a check, which was okay. Then they kept calling saying I never sent the check. A few days later, I checked my bank account and found the check had been cashed, so I guess everything is okay.

Tim was on time and did a great job of removing the trees and the stump. I would recommend them to my friends if needed.

Tim's Tree & Lawn Care called me within the hour of my placing a request. Ed went to my home immediately after talking with me. He called with a quote and it sounded very reasonable for the work I needed done. Ed tried to help me in getting my neighbor to agree to help pay the cost of the limb removal. However, his attempt was unsuccessful which I had already expected, but I appreciate his effort. I told Ed to go ahead with the work. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The guys cleaned up the limbs, swept and used a blower to finish up. I would recommend Tim's Tree & Lawn Care to anyone and would use them again if necessary.
