I called at 8 AM on a Monday morning. Jason Tisdale was here at 10:30 a.m. He replaced my hot water heater and was gone at 11:45!!!! He charged half the price it would have cost through other companies. He was very upbeat and easy to talk to. He even carried in a very heavy Christmas gift I bought for my husband!! The installer from Tisdale Plumbing was very friendly and helpful. He installed my brand new sump pump in about 30 minutes and waited to make sure all the excess water drained before he left.

Once I filled out the service magic request form Jason from Tisdale plumbing called me right away. They fit me in on the day I wanted them to come and do the project. Jason was very friendly and did a super job. It was great that he answered all of my questions and explained everything that he was doing. It is also great having my shower working properly again. I will be calling Tisdale Plumbing if I ever have another plumbing problem. I will also be recomending them to all my friends.

Tisdale Plumbing was very polite and very friendly. They came in to do the job and it they were very neat about it; you would never have known there was any work done in there at all. He cleaned up after himself so well. He did an excellent job.

This company came out initially and gave me an estimate and they promptly gave me an estimate this time. The person who installed the water heater was courteous and explained certain of the details to me.

Would have rated very good, but, the installer did clean the drill dust from both Bathrom floors.

The work was good and I got what I was sold. The price for the tankless water heater was just about 4x that of a regular tank water heater. I thought the job that was done was professional, but it seemed to me the installation costs were a bit arbitrary, and high.
