Very bad experience with this contractor. I feel scammed. Thank goodness i did not complete both phases of my project with this contractor and waste more of my hard earned money. I would not recommend this contractor to my family and friends. I wish i had reviewed the 19 page contract more thoroughly before signing. It is riddled with clauses that i feel are designed mainly to protect the contractor and not the customer. Customer service was very poor, contractor took it very personal when i decided to only complete phase one of the contract even though I had every right to just complete phase one IAW the contract. Also, way to Pricey!

"This client agreed to have us do a design build of a new lanai. Later, they showed that they really just wanted us to design their project and route their building permit so they could build the project themselves, with tjr works listed as the contractor of record--and holding liability for something we didn't build. The Building Department called us to tell us the owner was trying to pull our building permit so they could build the project themselves without contacting us at all. The contract stated that the plans developed were for the Contractors use only, and since they never wanted us to build the project at all,we canceled the permit"
