carpet left wet took 3 days to dry.Once dry carpet still looks dirty
Response from TNC Performance Cleaning Service
"Unfortunately, the Customer had over-saturated his own carpet with soap. The residual soap clogs any type of vacuum equipment; thus extending dry time. Contractor offered drying equipment but offer was declined. No farther mitigation possible. Carpet badly worn in a couple spots...not dirty."

Jeremy was very friendly and polite. I felt comfortable leaving the house while he worked to run a couple of errands. The carpets look fantastic!!!

TNC was wonderful. Jeremy recommened the best service for our floors and was willing to come back a couple hours later in order to allow other vendors to complete the work they were doing at our property. We will definitely be using TNC for all of our carpet needs (as well as cleaning our furniture)
